Update!

Hi girls I know I’ve been kinda lost from here but my iPhone was stolen a couple months ago and that kind of restricts me from posting how I did.. Anyways that hasn’t stopped me from keeping my health new measures going!

I’m currently doing the 30 day shred from Jillian Michelle and I love it! I’m currently in day six and I’m ready to start level 2 tomorrow.

As on my diet I have changed it up a bit and I actually have less variety on it: I eat one mango for break fast and one for dinner; for lunch I will just have what it’s done at my house that doesn’t contain gluten or dairy.

I know it sounds like a very poor diet but the mangos are a pretty big size… I’m just in love with them right now so I wanna eat as many as I can before they go out of season… In the fall…haha:P

Also my whole familiy’s eating habits have changed because of me! They bought a blender thingy to make fruit juices and they are on a permanent breakfast and dinner juice cleanse mode:) I’ve tried them and they are really good but I’m just kinda saving that for whenever mangoes are out of season or I just don’t feel like having one (which never happens BTW)

As on beauty and update video.. i’m working on getting a camera since my iPhone was my camera so that’s gonna be delayed still.

I’ve reallized that any kind of spicy things are also very bad for my stomach and I just suffer.

As on zumba class.. i’m putting it off for a while because I don’t think it’s gonna be worthit to pay for May if I’m gonna be having a lot of exams and having to study a lot, so I’m gonna keep up with two month of the 30 day shred which I can just squeez in any sec of my life without excuse.
